Klarer du å kjenne igjen når kommunikasjon brukes til å fremme skjulte agendaer?[/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id="183960"] <p class="p1">Propaganda som kommunikasjonsform er en gammel bevisst manipulering av folks følelser og tanker ved hjelp av sterke virkemidler for å fremme bestemte oppfatninger og handlingsmønstre.<b> </b>Begrepet ”propaganda” har en flere hundre år gammel historie. Det ble først brukt som en betegnelse for misjonsvirksomhet, men etter andre verdenskrig og bruken av ordet i Nazi Tyskeland, fikk ordet en sterk negativ betydning. Russlands president har i over 20 år<span class="Apple-converted-space"> formet og </span>finpusset sin propaganda. Nå bruker han den aktivt i krigen mot Ukraina. Propaganda brukes ikke bare ved krigføring, men i en krigssituasjon vil propagandaen bli mye tydeligere, og virkemidlene enda sterkere.</p> <p class="p1">I ordboken defineres propaganda slik: <em>1. Målrettet arbeid for å påvirke holdninger og adferd i et samfunn; ensidig agitasjon 2. Usanne påstander presentert som nøytral informasjon for å fremme en sak</em></p> <p class="p1">Propagandaen lever altså i beste velgående, og er kanskje enda mer lett å spre i disse tider med sosiale medier og lite kildekritikk.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Målet er fortsatt å styre publikums tenkning og atferd. En avsender av propaganda, bryr seg ikke om hva som er rett eller galt. De spiller heller fritt på følelser og gjerne fordommer.
